The countdown is nearly over — Docks-Out weekend begins Friday, October 18, as we work together to pull docks, winterize the Dockmaster’s building, store outdoor furniture, and give the clubhouse a thorough fall cleanup. It’s one of the most important weekends of the year and a great chance to team up with fellow members as we close another successful boating season.

A reminder for boat owners: Tuesday, October 14, is the last guaranteed day for water and power on the south, mid, and north docks. Services on the fuel dock — including water, power, fuel, and pump-out — will remain available until Thursday, October 16. After that, crews will begin disconnecting utilities, removing safety gear, and preparing for Docks-Out operations.

Members who can lend a hand are encouraged to stop by Wednesday through Friday, beginning around 10 a.m. Extra help is especially appreciated on Friday when dock fingers will be moved and staged for the weekend. Every hour volunteered makes a real difference and helps ensure a smooth and efficient Docks-Out process.
